Spiritual Enlightenment, Chakras and Energy Centers

Everyone talks about spiritual enlightenment, chakras and energy centers in our body, but what the hell are these energy centers? Walk with me and I will navigate you through a simple, concise way of understanding the chakra system.

We all are made up of energy and we vibrate on a certain frequency. Have you read about law of attraction? I’m sure you have. The energy we vibrate with is the energy we attract because it resonates with us, right? What is this energy we “vibrate” with? Hence comes the concept of chakra; the ancient vedic concept which emphasised that every human body (presumably animal kingdom too) as 7 main energy centers or clusters of nerves often called nerve ganglion (medical jargon). 

In these clusters of nerves, also referred to as chakras, a lot of electrical activity happens— transmission of nerve impulses and other medical stuff like that. Although human body has 7 main chakras running from the base of spine (perineum: the area between your naughty part and your potty hole, to the crown of your head— the shiny part 
where most men lose their hair).
The 7 Different Chakras are:

  1. Chakra One: Base Chakra— Earth
    1. Grounds your energy
    2. Insecurity as a child-adolescent and tend to cling in relationships
  2. Chakra Two: Sacral Chakra—Water
    1. Over pleasers and tend to go above and beyond to seek validation
  3. Chakra Three: Solar Plexus — Fire
    1. Can sometimes lead to an exaggerated sense of self worth (over-compensation)
    2. Commonly not dressing for age in women or tattoos on the arm/wrists for men
  4. Chakra Four: Heart— Air
    1. Often have cancer or high blood pressure or experience pain in the chest area
  5. Chakra Five: Throat— Sound
    1. Sacral is inward and throat is outward expression of that intake
    2. Unable to be incoherent in their expression— in articular
    3. Typically answer a question with a question
  6. Chakra Six: Third Eye— Light
    1. Very strongly impacted; have to be non judgemental and very patient
  7. Chakra Seven: Crown — Thought
    1. Very restless sleepers because their brains don’t shut off (could be because exposure to technology)

Tuning into Intuition
